Pomodoro Vinaigrette for Salads


  • ¼ Red Onion diced
  • 1 Roasted Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 8 Pitted Kalamata Black olives Diced
  • 8 Pitted Green olives Diced
  • 1 Teaspoon capers (optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Tomato paste
  • ½ cup Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Green Chili (if one needs more spice, use Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Red Chili)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Balion Coconut Flower Honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

Whisk until well combined.
