Pomodoro Vinaigrette for Salads
- ¼ Red Onion diced
- 1 Roasted Red Bell Pepper diced
- 8 Pitted Kalamata Black olives Diced
- 8 Pitted Green olives Diced
- 1 Teaspoon capers (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato paste
- ½ cup Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Green Chili (if one needs more spice, use Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Red Chili)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Balion Coconut Flower Honey
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of oregano
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Whisk until well combined.
