Vinaigrettes for salads
A. Sweet Red Onion Vinaigrette
- ½ Red Onion diced
- ¼ cup Balion Coconut Flower Vinegar Original
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Balion Coconut Flower Syrup
- 1 teaspoon dry Italian Seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Black pepper
Whisk until well combined.
B. Pomodoro Vinaigrette
- ¼ Red Onion diced
- 1 Roasted Red Bell Pepper diced
- 8 Pitted Kalamata Black olives Diced
- 8 Pitted Green olives Diced
- 1 Teaspoon capers (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato paste
- ½ cup Balion Coconut Flower Green Chili Vinegar (if one needs more spice, use Balion Coconut Flower Red Chili Vinegar)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Balion Coconut Flower Syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of oregano
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Whisk until well combined.
C. Sesame Vinaigrette
- 1 inch ginger finely chopped or grated (Or ½ teaspoon ginger powder)
- 1 small clove Garlic finely chopped or grated (Or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- ½ cup Balion Coconut Flower Vinegar Original
- ¼ cup Balion Coconut flower Amino Original
- 3 tablespoon Balion Coconut Flower Syrup
- ½ cup Sesame oil (Or 2 tablespoon sesame oil and ⅓ cup olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Whisk until well combined.
D. Miso Vinegratte
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup Balion Coconut Flower Vinegar Original
- ¼ cup Balion Coconut flower Amino Original
- 1 ½ tablespoon Balion Coconut Flower Syrup
- 2 heaped teaspoon Miso paste
- 3 tablespoon Sesame oil (Or olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Whisk until well combined.
