One Pan Teriyaki Chicken and Vegies
- 500 grams Boneless Chicken cut long strips
- 2 big Red Onions Sliced
- 2 Yellow & Red Combination) Ccapsicum sliced long
- 1 Zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3-4 cloves of Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons of Chili flakes
- 4-5 tablespoons of Balion Coconut Flower Teriyaki Sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons of Sesame oil (or any oil of preference)
- Salt & pepper as per taste
Spread all the vegetables on the other side. Sprinkle all the ingredients eg minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, Balion coconut flower Teriyaki sauce, oil, Salt & pepper.
Mix well to coat all the vegetables & chicken.
Bake 200°c. For 15-20 mins till the chicken is fully cooked.
