Cider Gin & tonic
- 1/4 cup Balion coconut sugar (or 2-3 tablespoons Coconut Flower Syrup)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- 1 star anise
- 1 cup Balion Coconut Flower Vinegar Original
- 1/2 cup Gin of your preference
- Tonic water or Soda water
In a small saucepan, add coconut sugar, water, cinnamon sticks and star anise, bring to a low simmer until sugar is melted and you have a nice syrup-like consistency.
Into a cocktail shaker, add some ice, cider vinegar, gin and 2 tbsp of the above syrup. Mix/shake everything until it’s well combined. Serve it over ice & top it up with tonic water (or soda water). Enjoy!
