Amino Roasted Cashew Nuts
- 1 Cup Raw Cashew Nuts
- 1 Teaspoon Balion Coconut flower Amino (any Balion amino flavours can be used)
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a small bowl coat cashew nuts evenly with the aminos. Same recipe can be used on any available nuts. Eg walnuts, almonds, pecan etc
Lay out the evenly coated nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet. Separate them so they aren't touching each other.
Bake on the centre rack, start checking at 7 minutes to 9 minutes. You are looking for a dark brown coating from the aminos. Be careful not to burn them!
Once done, cool OFF the baking pan. Carefully pick them off the paper (they stick slightly) and store in an airtight container.
These nuts can be used as snacks or used in salads.
