Upma Cake Canape with Pulled Naandan Kozhi Curry

Ingredients
- Sooji
- Mustard seeds
- Urad dal
- Channa dal
- Curry leaves
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped ginger
- Lemon juice
- Grated coconut
- Milk
- Water
- Salt
- Ghee
Method
Fry the sooji in oil and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a vessel add mustard seeds crackle, add urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves, fry well add chopped onion, chopped ginger, green chillies sauté till transparent.
Add water and milk allow to boil. Add salt and slowly spread the sooji in boiling liquid. Mix it well without any lumps. Finally add lemon juice ad grated coconut, mix it well with uppma. Add more water and cook more
Layer in greased tray and keep in refrigerator to set
NAANDAN KOZHI CURRY
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Chopped garlic
- Salt
- Sliced onion
- Julienne ginger
- Slited green chilly
- Coconut oil
- Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar Turmeric
Marinate chicken along with the given ingredients.
- Coconut oil
- Cinnamon
- Green cardamom
- Cloves
- Bay leaf
- Curry leaves
- Coconut milk
- Chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Marinate the chicken and give rest .
Heat oil in a vessel add whole garam masalas, curry leaves fry it and add marinated chicken sauté it well, when the chicken is almost done add coconut milk and simmer it continue the process till the chicken cooks completely. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Finishing
- cut semolina cake in desired shape and panfry
- to it with nandan curry
Garnish with coriander leaves
