Cider Gin & Tonic

- 2-3 tablespoons Balion Coconut Flower Honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- 1 star anise
- 1 cup Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Gin of your preference
- Tonic water or Soda water
In a small saucepan, add the Balion Coconut Flower Honey, water, cinnamon sticks and star anise, bring to a low simmer until you have a nice syrup-like consistency.
Into a cocktail shaker, add some ice, Balion Coconut Flower Cider Vinegar, gin and 2 tbsp of the above syrup. Mix/shake everything until it’s well combined. Serve it over ice & top it up with tonic water (or soda water). Cheers!
